Cllr Mark Jepson, Leader of the East Suffolk Conservatives attended a resident’s consultation event in Felixstowe last week along with officers from East Suffolk Council as part of its roadshows across the district.
The scheduled events aim to provide an opportunity for local people to meet and chat with representatives from the Council about its services and a chance for officers and councillors to meet residents face-to-face. Previous events have taken place at Halesworth, Bungay and Leiston.
Cllr Jepson, who is also the Ward Member for Eastern Felixstowe attended the event at The Triangle, Felixstowe along with officers. They heard about the concerns for the proposed developments in the north area of the town as well as bin collections for residents in the town centre.
