Ward Member for Bungay & Wainford, Cllr Judy Cloke has been working with Phil Love from Suffolk Family Carers visiting local communities as part of the charity’s new ‘Connected Communities’ initiative.

It aims to reach out to elderly and isolated residents of small parishes.

Today, Phil and Cllr Cloke were at Ilketshall St Margaret for a coffee morning with the Suffolk Family Carers bus. It was cold and windy, but Phil and Cllr Cloke, enjoyed meeting some of the residents of Ilketshall St Margaret.

 

 

Funding breathes new life into Bloodmoor Hill Community Centre

Cllr Myles Scrancher, East Suffolk Conservative ward member for Carlton Colville has been working with Bloodmoor Hill Community Centre for the past 12 months to help the volunteers turn the building into a success for the local community.
